Concord brings high-tech workspaces to its latest project

Concord Pacific implements a first of its kind amenity in Metro Vancouver to its newest addition to the future Surrey City Centre skyline.

Located adjacent to the King George SkyTrain Station and Holland Park, the Park George towers will come well equipped with high-technology workspaces created to fit the increasingly ascending ‘work from home’ generation tailored to the times.

Dvir Guetta, a software engineer that purchased at Park George who works remotely, recognizes the value in this Concord Campus innovative offering within the project and states that “For entrepreneurs it is a big advantage, as at the cost of living they also get a working space in the highest professional standard for free. That could be a big factor in their business’s success as they could invest in other needs rather than an expensive office rent.”
