Canadian Government together with Concord Pacific announce significant Home Buyer Programs at Park George Surrey

Federal government together with Concord Pacific announced a new First Time Homebuyer Program applicable to a large percentage of Concord’s current presales in Surrey.

 

At the same press event Concord also announced a 2 Year Homeowner Mortgage Helper Incentive Program. The limited time offer will cover half of the mortgage for 2 years for buyers that qualify. It will be applied to the first 50 homes purchased from program commencement, at Park George in Surrey.
