Concord Pacific, real estate developer of Seattle House has been nominated for South Lake Union’s 2020 Good Neighbor of the Year for their ongoing support of communities and front-line workers

Concord Pacific, in partnership with HB Management, are honored to be nominated for the South Lake Union’s 2020 Good Neighbor of the Year Award in Seattle. In June 2020, Concord Pacific’s Seattle House mobilized resources with SLU Chamber to distribute over 200,000 face masks they donated to strengthen the community and support front line workers. This donation was part of our 1.3 million masks distribution to the communities we support, and the distribution to Seattle has helped over 150 local businesses, organizations, and the University of Washington to safely restart community programming services.
