About Us

Success by Design

For more than two decades, Concord Pacific has set and surpassed new standards for master-planned communities. Each community has been envisioned and designed in synergy with its surroundings, with shops, parks, marinas and recreation. This synergy, according to company president Terry Hui, is a direct result of time and effort invested in each step of our process: from land selection, community planning and development, through to construction and customer service. This practice is not only integral to the success of the company, but also the people who chose to invest financially, physically and emotionally in a Concord community.

The key to Concord Pacific's success lies in the fact that the company is with its customers from start to finish. Concord Pacific markets and sells the communities it designs and builds. This integrated full-service approach gives homeowners and investors an unmatched level of confidence and trust.

Known as a forerunner among livable urban communities, Concord Pacific Place is regularly visited by architects, developers and city planners from around the world. The company has won numerous awards for Concord Pacific Place and Concord CityPlace, as well as the neighbourhoods and buildings within them. Recent accolades include, the company’s rating of #1 Developer in Canada for sales volume and winning the prestigious Grand Georgie Award for having British Columbia's Best Multi Family Development of the Year.

Our Past, Present and Future

The company's legacy as a master-planned community developer began with Concord Pacific Place on the Expo '86 grounds on Vancouver's False Creek waterfront. This project has steadily transformed the city's skyline and redefined urban living. To date, Concord Pacific Place includes more than 10,000 homes, intermixed with parks, schools and a variety of retail and commercial services.

In 1997, the company took its experience with Concord Pacific Place east to begin development of Concord CityPlace on the Lake Ontario waterfront in downtown Toronto. Considered an urban oasis, Concord CityPlace is spread across more than 44 acres, half of which are parkland, and will contain more than 7,500 homes.

As Concord Pacific continues to grow and evolve so does its vision. Homes for more than 10,000 people are currently in development on city and waterfront sites in downtown Vancouver, in Porteau Cove, and the Concord Gateway project in Richmond. Other areas under development across Canada include the resort-style Greata Ranch Vineyard Estates on the Okanagan lake front, the exclusive Eau Claire area in downtown Calgary, CityPlace in Toronto, and Concord Park Place in North York, a suburb of Toronto.
